Rooms without
ceilings.
Outdoor space is planned the same way as indoor: circulation, thresholds, where you sit, what you look at. The studio extended into landscape because too many good interiors were opening onto nothing.
Skin Labs
The approach to a dermatology clinic, reworked as a garden. Stone paving is laid as stepping planes through planting rather than a path, so arrival slows down by two or three seconds — long enough to change the mood before the door.

Ananda — Landscape
The garden of a house we had already designed inside — so the two were resolved against each other. Every principal window was given something specific to frame, and the lawn was kept deliberately plain so the planting at its edges could carry the colour.
