Interior Design
Full spatial design, from the first read of the site to the final placement. Layouts, elevations, lighting design, material palettes and fabrication-level joinery drawings — for homes, hotels, offices and clinics alike.
Logical Vastu
Vastu Shastra applied as spatial logic, not superstition. We resolve orientation, entry, water and fire placement and the direction you sleep in — then design a contemporary interior that happens to satisfy all of it. No demolition of good architecture to satisfy a rule.
Turnkey Execution
One contract from demolition to the last cushion. Our own site team and artisans, a single schedule, a single point of accountability — including phased builds inside operating hotels and offices where the business cannot stop.
Furniture & Décor
Bespoke joinery drawn for the room it will live in, plus curated loose furniture, textiles, art and lighting. Specified, sourced, tracked and installed — so nothing arrives in the wrong finish two weeks before handover.
Artistry
Commissioned surface work by our own craftspeople — textured and coffered ceilings, hand-finished plaster, feature walls, metal and inlay detail. The pieces that stop a room from looking like it came out of a catalogue.
Landscape Design
Terraces, courtyards, forecourts and full grounds, planned as rooms without ceilings. Paving, planting, water and outdoor lighting resolved against the interior they open onto — so every principal window has something deliberate to frame.
